We deliver orders within Saudi Arabia. Measurement visits and free collection of customer-supplied fabric are available only within Riyadh.
Tailoring usually takes 4–6 business days after the fabric, measurements and design are approved and the required payment is received. Once tailoring is complete, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within Riyadh and 3–4 business days outside Riyadh. These are separate timeframes; delivery time does not include tailoring. Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. We confirm the expected delivery date for your order and let you know if your location or shipping conditions require a different timeframe.
Delivery within Riyadh is free. Outside Riyadh, charges depend on the shipping company and destination and are displayed or confirmed with you before payment. No undisclosed extra charges are imposed without your agreement.
Please provide an accurate address and a telephone number where you can be reached. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange another attempt. Any additional cost due to an incorrect address or reshipping will be explained and agreed in advance; you will not bear charges resulting from an ARABOUN error.
If your order is delayed, we will explain the reason, expected date and available solutions. Statutory cancellation and refund rights relating to delays remain protected; accepting this policy is not open-ended consent to delays.
Please report missing, damaged or incorrect orders with your order number and photos where available so we can investigate and arrange a solution. We coordinate with the shipping company and do not require you to resolve the issue with them alone. Our request for prompt reporting does not affect statutory rights.
For eligible alterations within Riyadh, collection and redelivery are free. Outside Riyadh, ARABOUN covers shipping needed to correct its own error. Costs and shipping for alterations arising from incorrect customer-provided measurements or new changes will be explained before the customer agrees.
